Our applications are based on modern UI and technology standards (Java Stack, Native Swift iOS, Native Java Android).

We are currently seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to join our team. In this critical role you will be working with internal / external stakeholders and project teams directly to implement and support custom integrations between a customer’s Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and PatientKeeper Solutions. Keen eye for detail and excellent technical and analytical skills are a must. The ability to troubleshoot, solve and communicate technical issues is crucial for success in this role. A combination of all those skills and experience will help you design and deliver the new custom integrations for our customers throughout all stages of their deployment.

Core Responsibilities

Develop strategies for integrating PatientKeeper technology with other Hospital Information Systems
Customize PatientKeeper integration solutions to meet individual clients requirements
Responsible for the detailed scoping, prototyping, analysis, design and maintenance of integrations
Leverage strong technical skills to analyze, build, and support custom inbound/outbound integrations and web based UI customizations
Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems that arise within production environments
Provide estimates and initial scoping for new customization requests as part of our SOW request process
Develop and initiate strategies for improving the day-to-day operations of the Integrations team, including deploying, tracking, and maintaining customized integrations across the entire customer base
Responsible for all documentation regarding client inbound/outbound integrations and web based UI customizations
Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong task & time management skills

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related discipline, plus 5 years experience, or
- Masters in Computer Science or related discipline, plus 3 years experience
Technical Skills Required:
- Healthcare HL7 domain experience
- SQL query/reporting
- Java development
- Web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/XML)
Desired Skills:
- Python development
- Interfaceware software’s like Chameleon or Iguana experience
- Problem solving techniques
Articulate and concise in both oral and written communications
Analytical mind, able to convert complex business requirements into reliable and
efficient code
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with deadlines
Open to learning & training other teammates
Should enjoy working in an agile team
