Our MH-CURE product is used by nurses, doctors and other care providers across a range of hospitals, providing secure clinical communication, access to patient data and care teams as well as delivery of alerts and alarms.


About the Job

WE ARE LOCATED IN WALTHAM, MASSACHUSETTS, BUT ARE CONSIDERING CANDIDATES THAT WANT TO WORK REMOTELY.  HOWEVER, CANDIDATES MUST BE DOMESTIC, U.S. BASED.

The Senior Implementation Consultant plays an important role in the rollout and implementation of the MH-CURE application at our customer sites. In this crucial role you will identify and evaluate the client’s needs to design an implementation plan that supports their business processes and clinical workflows. You will be a key representative of the company to ensure the guidance provided and tasks required for a successful implementation of MH-CURE are completed as smooth as possible for each of our customers.


You will set expectations with the customer up front regarding what it takes, both from the Mobile Heartbeat team and the customer’s team to keep implementations on track in the agreed upon timeline. You will work very closely with the assigned project manager to ensure the customer’s needs are met, any risks are identified and flagged early, and support the rollout from beginning to end.


To be successful in this role you will need to be a focused individual with great attention to detail, organizational skills and exceptional communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting in front of a large audience and have the ability to build relationships with frontline clinical and technical staff.


The Senior Implementation Consultant will report to the Director of Project Management.


Responsibilities
  • You will be the subject matter expert for implementation services
  • You will be the subject matter expert on product/platform offerings and healthcare workflows
  • Create, promote, and manage implementation best practices
  • Conduct clinical discovery, documentation, and workflow assessments and optimizations
  • Prepare customer admin build design based on clinical workflow assessment
  • You will ensure the product platform is implemented with emphasis on usage and optimization
  • Report risks identified during implementation planning and execution to project manager
  • Conduct product training curriculum
  • Work with customer to establish Go-Live readiness
  • Provide go-live support
 

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required along with a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience
  • Clinical background/experience is a plus
  • Excellent business process analysis skills are required
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills 
  • Strong motivation & team orientation 
  • A desire to learn new skills & technologies 
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, execution and follow-through
  • Ability to work on multiple ongoing projects
  • Experience implementing clinically oriented and/or business software solutions
  • Experience with Healthcare IT systems and workflows
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Ability to meet travel requirements of ~50%
