At Mobile Heartbeat, you’ll be working with cutting edge technologies and having a direct impact on healthcare delivery in hospitals across the United States. Our MH-CURE product is used by nurses, doctors and other care providers across a range of hospitals, providing secure clinical communication, access to patient data and care teams as well as delivery of alerts and alarms.


The Systems Administrator is responsible for all end user system operations, including help desk services. Administration of systems and user accounts, directories, end user applications/accounts, and performs all related day to day technical and application support activities to all Mobile Heartbeat staff. Maintains and writes knowledge base articles, all per Mobile Heartbeat policies and procedures.  The primary objective is end user satisfaction, there is also potential for learning and growing, areas may include networking/technical-services and/or external customer operations.


 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for end users’ operations, systems/devices and IT Help desk
  • Maintains end user accounts, directories, device management, security, etc., per Mobile Heartbeat policies
  • Performs, Maintains, and Write/Enhance IT help desk Knowledge Base and tracking systems
  • Performs IT help desk requests to ability, requesting assistance/escalating as needed
  • Configure, set up, deploy new users, maintain/troubleshoot, upgrade, support, perform maintenance
  • Maintain a positive relationship with staff, be service oriented
  • Observe and analyze procedures and technologies, propose improvements when applicable
  • Recommend and verify end user and office equipment specifications.
  • Available for emergency situations, as well as planned maintenance - after hours and weekends
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing as the user/equipment facing role
  • Train and develop skills, suggest paths and challenges.
  • Other duties as assigned – including office and other non-technology assignments
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Require at least 1 or more years general experience in an IT business setting
  • Require familiarity with Microsoft Office, Smart Phones, and Desktop operating systems
  • Preferred familiarity with Apple Laptops/MacOS, Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Desktop virtualization, Apple iPhone, Active Directory, Cisco Networking and WIFI, VOIP, Office 365, Webex, Salesforce, Cloud/SAAS
  • Experience within software industry a big plus
  • Fits a career path in Technical Services or Applications/Solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or years of comparable experience, required
