At Mobile Heartbeat, you will shape the product positioning for a cutting-edge technology that directly impacts healthcare delivery in hospitals across the United States. The MH-CURE Platform is used by more than 150,000 clinicians every month across some of the largest and most respected health systems in the United States, providing secure clinical communication, access to patient data and care teams as well as delivery of alerts and alarms.


We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team for a full-time role in our Waltham, MA headquarters. At the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and services, this role will focus on creating and executing go-to-market plans for new products and capabilities, bridging the gap between development and our customers, partners and prospects.


The successful candidate for this new role has at least three years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B software company. The candidate is knowledgeable about the function of product marketing and has a track record of executing successful and measurable GTM strategies. Self-starter, process builder, natural storyteller and strong writer are key characteristics we’re looking for. The candidate has experience translating technical details into value, and is skilled at working collaboratively with many departments and functions.

  • Go-To-Market: Work with Product Managers to execute go-to-market planning for individual capabilities and new product lines.
  • Sales Enablement: plan and create the tools necessary to position and sell Mobile Heartbeat’s products and services successfully.
  • Product positioning: Assist in developing clear and compelling messaging and value proposition that differentiates our product in the market.
  • Market Intelligence: Own research and dissemination of relevant competitive and market intelligence to the rest of the company on a regular cadence through established channels and presentations to help inform future roadmap decision-making.
  • Work with channel and integration partners to provide compelling and up-to-date collateral and training on the MH-CURE Platform and our shared integrations.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of product marketing focused professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree education or higher
  • Ability to effectively execute multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in an interrupt-driven environment
  • Professional communication skills, able to customize message appropriately depending on audience, including customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, able to coordinate complex projects involving multiple parties, interrelated issues and demanding timelines
  • Available to work normal office hours at the Mobile Heartbeat office in Waltham, MA
Beneficial Skills and Experience
  • Previous healthcare IT background and knowledge of the market is preferred but not  required.
